The company has unveiled its first above 300 cc bike here today on December 6, 2018. They have named their latest middle weight bike, Apache RR 310. It is first fully flared bike from TVS. It was a brilliant move TVS part to name it Apache and not repeat the mistake of Bajaj Dominar. As name Apache still have lots of traction in the market. And as for the bike itself, I already had told you in our previous article all the details about this 310RR bike. Like it has a 313cc unit and is tuned as Race track ready(RR) if you ever want to take it for a spin. Also that it shares almost everything with BMW G310. Lets get a detail look on all details.

Design remains faithful to the Akula concept shown at the 2016 Delhi auto show.
The major difference is choice for the body panel material. While the Concept had carbon fiber body, Apache has mostly steel and aluminum in its skin. Odometer is a vertical speedo-cum-tachometer with 18 racing tell-tale diagnostics, and a comprehensive post-ride analysis. It has first in-class bi-LED twin projector head lamps for maximum reach and visibility. Will have practical split seats.
The Tubular steel bridge-type frame with bolt-on rear frame is same as BMW G310R as well the engine.. It will have upside down (USD) telescopic fork, at front and mono-suspension (KBD) at rear.
The strings of Heart
At its heart the Apache 310 has a four-valve 313 cc (19.1 cu in) liquid-cooled single cylinder engine that produces 25 kW (33.6 bhp) power at 9,500rpm and 28 N·m (21 lbf·ft) torque at 7,500 rpm. The configuration is unusual in that the intake is at the front and the exhaust is at the rear of the engine. The power transfer to rear wheel to take place with the help of 6 speed forward gearbox.
