TVS 310RR will be first fully flared bike from TVS. The company recently confirm that their first above 300 cc bike 310RR Apache/Akula/? will reveal itself on December 6, 2018. And our internal sources have scooped out every deatil about it. So as indicated by name 310RR it shoud have 310 cc engine but it has a 313cc unit. And will be tuned as Race track ready(RR). Lets get a detail look on all details.


Design will closely resemble with the Akula concept shown at the 2016 Delhi auto show. The major differnce will be the body material. While the Concept had carbon fiber body, TVS 310RR will mostly be made of steel and aluminum. Odometer will be all digital. Will have practical split seats. Else will stay true to concept. The Tubular steel bridge-type frame with bolt-on rear frame is same as BMW G310R as well the engine.. It will have upside down telescopic fork, at front and mono-suspension at rear.


tvs-apache-rrAT its heart The TVS 310RR a four-valve 313 cc (19.1 cu in) liquid-cooled single cylinder engine that produces 25 kW (33.6 bhp) power at 9,500rpm and 28 N·m (21 lbf·ft) torque at 7,500 rpm. The configuration is unusual in that the intake is at the front and the exhaust is at the rear of the engine. The power transfer to rear  wheel to take place with the help of 6 speed forward gearbox.

Technical specification of TVS 310RR

The bike has a length of 1988 mm, width of 896 mm and height of 1227 mm, a wheelbase of 1374 mm, and a seat height of 785 mm. It has a front 110/70 R17 and a rear 150/60 R17 tyre. The bike features anti-lock braking system(ABS), with the front using a single 300 mm discs, radially-bolted 4-piston fixed caliper brake and the rear, a single 240 mm disc, single-piston floating caliper brake.The fuel capacity is 11 L .
